meerkat unit '26 price: R950.00/night   

  Our Meerkat Unit sleeps 2  people in 1 room.           

  Bed configuration: 1 Queensize bed.

  The unit has  a bathroom with a  shower,  a combined 

  bedroom/lounge/dining area and a patio with a lovely gas 

  braai.  

  Meerkat has a well equipped kitchenette.

                                                                                                 House Rules

 

Booking with us automatically means that you have read and accepted our House rules and T’s & C’s.

Please leave the tent CLOSED in the same manner you found it.  This means all 3 zips are closed and locked with the lock(Bakoor and Meerkat).  Your tent is on a farm with lots of small animals that can't wait to enter the tent and cause chaos.  We will invoice you for any damage to the tent if you do not adhere to this rule.

The area around the guest houses is currently being rehabilitated. Therefore, please stay on the indicated roads and do not turn around in the veld.

The person who made the booking must be present when checking in. No subletting allowed. 

A copy of your ID or driver’s license and address details may be required for identification.

No visitors allowed and no sharing of the gate code with anyone not staying with you in the units.

Please ensure that you close the units when leaving for the day.  

No open fires allowed. Please make use of the gas braai facilities.

A damage deposit may be payable. Groups will automatically have to pay a damages deposit.  This deposit may be used for damages as well as excessive cleaning required. 

Damages, other than normal wear and tear, will be for the account of the guest/agent/representative that booked the unit.  Failure to pay damages may lead to legal action.

Damages to be reported immediately to the owners via the contact details provided. 

An inventory list is available in the information folder. Please report missing items before 21H00 on the day of arrival.

No smoking is allowed in the tents. If smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette buds in the veld.

Picking of flowers or taking out plants will not be tolerated. We do have endangered plant species and we see this as a very serious offense.

Do not feed the animals or birds.

The ice compartment in the fridge has a small flip up door.  Keep it closed to prevent defrosting.

We are off grid and only provide power to load electronic equipment, electricity for the fridge and lights in the tents. No other electric appliances allowed.

No foreign objects in the toilet please.

No load music allowed.

No parties allowed.

Checkout is strickly 10H00. We may charge an additional night's fee if you do not vacate on time. 

The speed limit is 20km/h.

Check-in details will only be sent when the final payment reflects in our bank account.  Incorrect references can lead to unallocated funds, so please use the correct reference. 

No cash payments will be accepted. 

Invoices will only be provided on request.

An additional R200.00 bank fee with be charged for International transfers.

 

A minimun stay of 2 nights is compulsary during August and September.

   Terms Of Payment

      A 50% deposit will secure your booking. Remainder payable before arrival as indicated on your quotation. Only EFT accepted.

     Failure to pay the remainder on time will result in an automatic cancellation of you booking, and the Cancellation Policy will still aply. 

 

     We use a subject-to-availability system, meaning we don't hold units for quotations sent.  When you accept

     our quote and the deposit reflect in our bank account, your booking will be secured.

 

   Cancellation Policy

      More than 1 month before check-in: 100% deposit refund

      More than 1 week before check-in : 50% deposit refund

      1 week or less  before check-in : No refund

 

   Other

 

   Anyone entering these premises or using any of the facilities does so entirely at their own risk.   The owner of the premises will not be liable for any injury to, or descruction or loss  

   of, any property, including vehicles, whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner, it;s employees, agents, contractors ot any other person or resulting from

   vandalism or theft by the owner's employees, agents, contractors or any other person resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

 

   The right of admission is strickly reserved.
